JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
-/-/-, I received an email offer which stated if I used Visa Checkout with my Chase Freedom Card, I would receive a $15.00 credit if I spent at least $15.00. I registered with Visa Checkout and made a Best Buy purchase through them on - -, -. It posted on my statement on -/-/-. I have never received the $15.00 credit. I have called both Chase Credit Card services and Visa Checkout directly to try and resolve the issue, but I keep getting the runaround from the customer service of both companies. Each company tells me to call the other. I even direct messaged Chase about this on -/-/- and I think even earlier in -/-/- or - -. This issue has not been resolved, and I do not want to get the runaround on a simple matter anymore.
