JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I opened a Slate credit card with Chase and submitted a request for - balance transfers to consolidate all of my credit card debt to my Chase Slate card. Of the - cards with balances, only - of the balances was cleared by Chase. The other - ( - and - ) still show a balance on my accounts. I am now being charged interest and late fees because Chase posted my balance and indicated they had cleared the balance from the other accounts, though they had not. Chase is now telling me I have no recourse but to wait 30 days for them to " complete an investigation ''. In the meantime I am racking up interest charges I am not sure I will get back.
