Credit monitoring or identity protection Problem with fraud alerts New Jersey

I have been requestign a credit report freeze to be lift temporarily with all credit reporting agencies. - and - were fast and efficient. Experian on the other hand has been extremely difficult first they NEVER sent to me the PIN number upon the original freeze being placed in -/-/- ( I have all the paperwork from a case of identity theft ). When I requested the PIN number to be sent on - - -, the person on the phone indicated that he has requested it and it will arrive in 7-10 days. When it did not arrive in 7 days I called again. It seems they had no record of the request being put into the system, when I was not satisfied with the answer provide - put all my information into the system to request a new PIN, I requested this case be escalated it to the next level of management. This was done but only after I insisted 3 times. Then I was deceived and lied to - first that no agency had requested my credit report ( in fact - had as I am in the process of taking out a home equity loan and


now I was feeling lied too - this was corrected - apologetically ), when asked if the PIN number could be expedited I was told no this is the process - then the supervisor indicated it could and he requested it - indicating it should arrive on Saturday ( it did not ). Experian is a deceitful company with internal processes that do not work and are holding customer hostage. Any agency or company with this level of importance ( all the banks use all - credit rating agencies ) whose actions are deceitful, inaccurate and less than trustworthy should not have this level of responsibility. If they can not get this right - how do they effectively calculate a credit score???
