Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Minnesota
I have been receiving harassing, threatening and - threats telephone calls from Capital One Bank representatives in regards to a credit card account and debt of $320.00 I do not owe. The account or debt do not belong to me. I have never applied for a Capital One Bank credit card. I am a victim of identity theft.
