I deposit my pay check automatically. I monitor my account daily. Here 's the issue : when I make a transaction. It appears on my statement as pending. and my balance indicates the deduction amount. Say I have $1000.00, pay $100.00 my balance shows as $900.00 and so on. so I only spend what I have available. I do n't spend more than what I have. What Chase is saying is that the merchant when a trans action is pending the amount is put in reserve. if the merchant does not process the transaction within 5 days. The reserve is place back into my available balance. However my available balance does not indicate the reserve added back. so I had $1000.00, spent $100.00, have $900.00 available, spend the available $900.00. on other bills, and then the original transaction of $100.00 is posted, They are saying that I am overdrawn and are charge me a fee of $35.00 so I 'm asking what happened the $100.00 deducted from my original $1000.00 balance. So my balance go down with every transaction but never goes back up when the

how Chase list the transaction on a costumer statement. Please advise on my next step. I 've had enough and I 'm getting the run around from Chase with no clear answers as what happened to the deducted amount from my balance. also transactions disappear from my statement, Case in point. I spent $100.00 on -/-/-. My statement indicates the transaction the same day and my available balance is reduced by $100.00. the merchant post the transaction on the 20 5 day from the original transaction. By this time I I have depleted the remaining balance. so now I 'm overdrawn. What happened to the $100.00 and the original transaction on -/-/- is nowhere to be found on my statement I have a receipt from the merchant dated -/-/-. Some is going on here and they been pulling this for quite sometime. Please help
