JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
My bank, -, is having bill pay issues with Chase. Each company blames the other, with no apparent research into the issues. Due to these issues - made identical electronic payments to my - Chase accounts on -/-/16 & -/-/16. Despite these being electronic payments, wherein Chase has complete details of the transactions, - - at Chase has refused to refund the duplicate transactions without documentation that does not exist. - has required me to provide check copies for the electronic transactions, and a statement from my bank showing the transactions, which wo n't be created until about a month from now.
