Sirs-I am a - here in Arizona and understood that under the new regulations you in part promulgated that we are not allowed to give discounts to our fees for any mortgages we originate. The reason I say this is that as you can see from the attached Wells Fargo, our competitor, is doing just that with the - - -. If this is allowed then are we allowed o do the same to groups such as these? I have heard as well of other companies doing this for emergency first responders, teachers, etc., ( I can furnish names of these companies is need be ). We would like to do the same. Please advise.
