Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Keep getting calls about my loan Florida

For the past 5 years, since - 2011, I have made payments faithfully every month as much as I can to Navient or - -. I continue to get 6-8 phone calls daily from them. A female from Navient called me at my work today. I have never given them permission to contact me at work. When I asked her how she got my number, she responded, " I found it. '' I told her I never gave them permission to call me at work. She began telling me that I am 880+ days delinquent. I told her that technically I am not, as I paid $30.00, which is all I can pay, on - -. She said technically I am delinquent because I have not paid the amount required. I told her that I can not afford to pay any more than $30.00 a month. She said that she found that hard to believe. She went on to tell me that I choose to not pay any more, that I am unwilling to pay any more. I told her that I owe bills to other people. I told her my rent was $1100.00 a month. She said, " well,


do n't know my financial situation ''. She said, " Well then you need to stop refusing to pay what you owe ''. I told her that I am paying, but she argued that it was n't enough. At one point, she said, " you do know what will happen to you if you dont pay do n't you? '' I said, " yes, I 've been threatened before. And when and if that day comes, I 'll have an attorney. '' She started laughing and said, " An attorney? If you can get an attorney to represent you, you can pay your loans like you 're supposed to. '' I have gotten to the point that I no longer answer my phone. They call from all different numbers in different states to try and throw me off : -, -, -, -, -. And now they 're calling my work. I do n't know how they got my work number. I have never given them my work phone number. They are bullies. And now they 're stalking me by searching to get my work info. The total amount for the loans is less than $20000.00, and that includes 10 % interest for each loan. I am being harassed and threatened over $20000.00?
