Bank 's on-line statement says I have money currently available, but the bank denied my request for a - transaction increase to my debit card maximum daily limit ( well within my checking account balance - approximately - % ), because the funds were " available '' but not " collected. '' This is inconsistent statements appearing on the Bank 's website.
