Navient claims that they had called me several times. After calling my parents who gave them the correct number to call they then began to call anyone who seemed to be related to me. Then today after I 've told them before not to call me at work, they did. I can get fired for handling personal calls at work. The man I spoke to was rude and threading. While the company is opened until - they told me I had only until - to speak to him. After multiple times of repeating myself, I 'm now reporting them because I 'm sure they are doing this to others as well. My other problem is that this man says his name and then straight up asks for my social security number. With this day in age, how do I know who they are. I 'm not going to assume that they are who they say they are just because. Navient has also threatened action on my father. On multiple occasions I 've tried to work with them but they are nothing but awful and mean.
