HESAA loan there are really no repayment options except defaulting everything else no one really qualifies for if you can even get any info on it this loan was represented to me as a government loan not a private lender to make matters as bad as can be the website is almost impossible to even enter- i have to try at least a dozen times before i can even get to the login page. making a timely payment becomes impossible unless you have a few hours to devote to trying. there is no way to get billing notifications either through email or snail mail until you are late, then you get tons of them. is it really so much to ask for automated electronic billing? at the percentage they are collecting?
