Re : Kohl 's Account # - I made purchases in -/-/- totaling $180.00. On -/-/16 I made a return in the amount of $28.00. On -/-/16 I paid the remaining balance $150.00. On - -, 2016 the Kohl 's system took an auto payment of $180.00 when the balance on my account was -. Now they say it will take over 60 days to refund my credit balance. This is a computer programming glitch for the company to float my money.
