DiTech sent me a special payment reduction offer. The offer required me to submit the paper work before -/-/2016. I submitted my paper work by fax on - - and sent a hard copy on - -, 2016. I did not receive the special offer I was promised. It is apparent that DiTech did a " Bait and Switch. '' This company is a, '' FRAUD. ''
