Discover Card I purchased by Phone, New Items $850.00, paid in full by the discover card account. Merchant is - - - - -, - FL - - - -, - - -. I called to arrange pick up of the merchandise - 2016. Store owner told me items had been resold and were no longer in inventory. I contacted Discover Card with that information to obtain my refund as store owner was not cooperative. Discover Card was not cooperative. A store owner can not collect - for the same items. Florida Statute - CH - requires notice certified signed mail to alter ownership.
