On - -, 2016 I made a transaction with - - - for - cents, they charged me the - cents and $19.00 on my Debit card. I immediately contacted by bank Chase and reported the fraud. I also contacted - - and they reversed the charge. On - - Chase debit me the $19.00 and then credit it back on - - stating they received the reverse charge from - - -. On - - Chase re-debit the $19.00 from my account, they said it was for review. This put my account in the negative by - $4.00 and then I had a debit of $12.00 which put my account in the negative to - $16.00. Then on - - they charged me $34.00 for Insufficient Funds. I contacted Chase and they reversed the $34.00 but has yet to return the $19.00. They say we assure you we have not taken your $19.00, but yet my account is still short the $19.00.
