Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease Texas

Chase is inaccurately reporting the status of my auto loan. They have misrepresented my payment history to the credit reporting agencies, after promising to correct it and are trying to collect payments I 've already made. I 've attached proof of payment, and a recorded phone call and proof of my claims.
