This company has all kinds of representatives giving you wrong information. They told me while I was in - I would have lower payments and once I - I would have 6 months before I had to pay the loan. A week after I - they took $280.00 out of my banking account. I called in to tell them how it was explained to me of when my payments would start and they completely denied everything. I stopped making payments and of course the account went delinquent. I called in to figure out what I could do, and a SUPERVISOR specifically told me that according to clearing house it looks like I 'm below -. I explained to her my next classes do n't begin till -/-/16 and she stated I could make a - payment that would bring my account current and I had 30 days to turn in my schedule from clearing house showing that I 'm full time. She said the phone calls would stop and I do n't have to worry about another payment until they actually did receive the schedule. She did state that I have to make sure to turn in the schedule otherwise they could take action on the loan. Now, just 10 days later the harassing phone calls have started again and they 're stating " No, that was not what was told '' and want me to pay $2000.00 up front.
