I purchased a laptop computer on line from - -. This is the - - I have ordered and all have been defective and had to return them. I purchased this - through a different vendor thinking that would help. It came to me messed up so I called - who worked with me to fix it however, it did n't fix it. Now it is even worse. I tried to return it as the ship date was - -, 2016. They said it had to be returned the - since I ordered it on that day. This computer is useless and I can not use it. This does not seems right to me at all. I am simply out the purchase price of a defective computer.
