- leased a - from - - - in -, NJ. Ally Bank financed the lease. - turned the car in to - - - in - -, NJ because I leased another car. Sales person checked the old car out for damage and called Ally for payout figure. I agreed to damages totaling - for the front bumper and on -/-/14 my daughter sent a check for that amount to Ally Bank. Ally is looking for an additional - for damage to the left front fender that was not there when I turned the car in. My daughter, - -, has made numerous attempts to resolve this issue but Ally refuses to speak with her. I am hard of hearing so I sent Ally a letter giving them permission to speak to - but they refuse to talk to her.
