Hello, Navient has continued to call and harass me asking for my son 's contact information. They have all the information I have. I have called and asked them to stop. I sent a certified letter demanding they stop contacting me. I filed a complaint with the CFPB, and as you can see in their response below they stated they would stop calling me unless it was in regard to co-signed loans. They have now contacted me twice since the attempts to reach me noted in their response, once on my home phone and once on my cell phone regarding my son. They were not calling about co-signed loans as I ensure they are current. I believe legal action is required at this point.
