Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't get flexible payment options Pennsylvania

I have private loans with Navient ( - - ). I 'm a -, - with medical issues, working part time as a -, not what I went to school for!!! I have been making payments or been in some type program that " offers lowered payments '', and they automatically take money out of my account ( BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER ), payments were taken out that I did n't authorize. So I then had to open a new account and got behind on payments. The phone started ringing off the hook, they started at - every morning and continued till -. They called and harassed my co signers at home and their place of employment after being told not to call them there also called relatives. I would call and pay what I could but it was n't good enough, each time I spoke with them I was harassed and/or threatened to the point where I live in fear that I have to pay them and not feed my - year old son. I ca n't live like this any longer. Today they called and told me I have to pay them $59000.00, or it gets turned into an attorney. I 'm not sure what to do now? Where do I get help? I do n't have that kind of money laying around, and I have no clue how my loans are so much!!!!!
