JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I remitted a payment to my JP Morgan Chase credit card moments ago via the company 's mobile application on - -, 2016. The due date on via the app is - - ; however, in checking my recent charges/expenses, it showed that JP Morgan changed me a $37.00 late, which was imposed on -/-/16, which happens to be the date of my payment. I spoke with a rep, who in a condescending tone, stated that any payments made online after - would be considered late, despite the fact that it is -. JP Morgan should not be imposing late fees base on the limitations or capabilities of its system ; instead, based on the agreed upon due date. JP Morgan has repeatedly charged me with, and thus reduced my available balance based upon faulty due dates and limitations on their system. This abrupt reduction in my available balance has also impacted my credit score. Please help.
