After turning in a lease on our Chrysler 200 that was in good condition and - miles under the mileage limit we were given a bill for $1000.00 for excess wear .... wear consisted of small scratches that the photos on the inspection report show that are diet that could be wiped off with your hand. In addition the car looked like the inspector purposely made the car dirty and even charged for a windshield Crack that was less than half an inch and repaired same day from saflight. The chip had mysteriously grown to just over the - limit. Lastly the - key fob was missing, which was our fault as we forgot but called ally after the fact asking if we could send it in to not be charged and they refused. We feel grossly taken advantage of and ally did nothing to even bother to consider our request to review the photos of the scratches. The only legitimate claim were scratches to the underside of the front bumper
