I enquired at an ATM about my account balance, at TD Bank. I now see that I have been charged $3.00 for the enquiry. There was no warning at the ATM machine that I would be charged. When I called TD Bank to complain the person who answered agreed that this is - of their more obnoxious, non-transparent fees but he could not do anything about it. Can you look into this ludicrous fee and the lack of transparency. Thank you. The account is a TD Business Convenience Plus account, although I understand now from the bank that it applies to other banking products at TD Bank.
