Vehicle lease Taking out the loan or lease New Jersey

I turned in my - 2013 and took about another lease with - - -. They were supposed to make pay off the car and did so too late. After having Ford Credit calling me to make payments I repeatedly called - - - to pay the car off before the due date. They assured me they would and they did n't. They paid the car off 30 days after its due date and Ford Credit reported it under my namemail to the credit bureau. I have a letter from Ford Credit and - - - stating that they would resolve this and it is still showing in my credit.
