I have made repeat phone calls to Exeter Finance regarding money they owe me, approximately -. Every time i call, they are reviewing it. A payoff amount and warranty refund was sent over 2 weeks ago, - -, 2016. To date, it 's still being reviewed by a department that no one can speak with. My account is still open and showing that i owe them. They keep assuring me all is fine. It is not until i receive my overage check, my account is closed, and reported to the credit bureaus as paid in full.
