A fraudulent - loan claiming us to be co-makers of a loan not underwritten by the US Dept of Education was discharged in a bankruptcy action filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court -/-/03, and discharged -/-/03, case No. -. -, now known as Navient Solutions Inc. continues to harass us for payment by referring the account to various collection agencies ( Approximately - at this writing ). We would like this action to cease.
