Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Delaware
My car was repossessed on -/-/2016 by Chase Bank. I called on -/-/2016 to pay the delinquent amount immediately. I was told the full balance of the loan would need to be paid not just the delinquent payments. I did not receive a notice of acceleration prior to them taking my car. I have received a notice of sale that will take place -/-/2016. I am a - - - currently unemployed and in search of job. After speaking with several representatives from Chase Bank ( I have the names and id numbers ) and begging to make the payments I was refused. I have never defaulted on a loan. I believe this to be discrimination because of my place of residence and the fact that there is equity in the car ( over $5000.00 ) that I may also lose. Please help I just want to be treated fairly, and not have my car stolen from me.
