Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Arizona

I have a Chase Premier Plus Military checking account that has occurred unwarranted overdraft fees. I maintain that I am not responsible for these fees because ; 1. I had opted out of Chase 's overdraft protection service prior to the overdraft occurrences, and, 2. Chase had suspended my ability to log on to my online account and/or complete an account balance inquiry over the telephone. I have contacted Chase Bank several times to request that the fees be credited back to my account. Each of my requests has been denied, therefore I turn to the CFPB for assistance.
