i believe Ocwen has not been forthright with dealing with my mortgage and one example is they foreclosed on my house and did not obey the judge 's order to give me a total on what i owed them during bankruptcy.My mortgage went from - to - and was but on loan modification that to me wasnt one because the payments where irregular and never offered me any relief.i am not an accountant but i believe i have been mistreated.my score has changed and the delinquency i has been taken off - scores seem to be up to date.
