I entered into a written repayment plan With Chase. While making all required payments under the plan according to the plan terms, Chase kept sending notices of intent to foreclose. I filed a complaint with CFPB ( case number - ) in - 2015. Chase responded by stating that if I make all plan payments in accordance with plan terms, Chase would not pursue foreclosure activity. I completed the plan in - 2015 and Chase still continues to send Notices of Intent to Foreclose.
