I am a - assisting a client with a modification. There are - issues that are complicating the modification process stemming from new company/servicer procedures at Chase. First : The rep I have been dealing with has been very courteous and informative ; however, due to the " new company policy '' the direct phone extensions have been - and other reps who answer my call are no longer allowed to transfer me to the case rep. which is making things very difficult as I have to explain the situation to multiple people ; many who are not as trained as well. This is a new procedure that has just taken effect over the last 2 weeks. Second : Although we have used the - Loan Portal in the past when dealing with Chase, none of the reps in the modification department seem to know how to access those documents and I have had to resort back to faxing them in.
