I have a mortgage with Chase Bank On several occasions I have approached Chase Bank because for -/-/2015 they reported a - on my credit instead of reporting current as my mortgage payment was made on time for that month. I have called several times to Chase and they advised it was the credit reporting agency I then contacted the credit Bureau who advised me it was Chase doing a non report for that month but something on Chase side. I continue to get bounced back and forth.
