Called into Hyundai Motor Finance on -/-/16 - to question why Hyundai Motor Finance has me - days deliquient on my car payment. Stayed on hold for 15mins. Hung-up, and called back. Customer Serv Rep by the name of - answered call. Explained to her that I am not 58 days past due according to my own records. She explained that I made partial payments for - & -. I explained to - my records indicate me sending in more than my monthly payment each month. She explained that I have unpaid late fee 's and that the overage payments are not being applied to the late fee 's. She explained I need to call into Hyundai Motor Finance after each payment and advise them to apply my payments to late fee 's. I asked her to apply my payments to what I am billed. She said she can not reverse the payments and re-apply. I asked to speak with a manager in which she explained the Manager ( - ) said she could not re-apply the late fee 's.
