This is a case of identity theft. Navient Solutions ( A spin-off of - - - ) is attempting to collect a debt from me that is n't mine. Over the past several years this debt has been reported on my credit report and has been disputed with each Credit agency. Periodically I would receive collection calls from various agencies attempting to collect the debt which in each instant would be higher that the last because of interest. In the past 2 months I have gotten - letter and - calls trying again to get me to pay on this debt. I feel there is no other recourse at this time but to file this complaint and seek legal assistance in this matter.
