I had a - percent promotion on purchase with Chase Band Freedom credit card. I had confirmed with Chase bank that the promotion expires on - -, 2016. I paid the balance in full on - -, 2016. Chase bank charged me $46.00 interest and it claimed the expiration date is - -, 2016 instead of - -, 2016 as it confirmed. I contacted Chase and asked it to refund the charged interest, it has flatly refused.
