I sold my condo in - MA in - 2012 in a short sale. Nationstar Mortgage was the servicer on my 1st mortgage which was paid in full at the time of the sale. Three and a half years later Nationstar is showing up as - separate dings on my credit report. - dated - indicated start of foreclosure although I was never notified of any such action and never received any paperwork upon sale of the property. The other item is dated - is fraudulent. I want these items removed from my credit report.
