Chase sold my loan to a terrible servicer called -, who has a - with the -. I do not approve of lenders being able to sell our loans without our consent. Congress needs to pass regulations that give the consumer more control and with all that has happened with the bail outs, etc., there should be more advantages for the consumer. I do not approve of moving to a half rate company who has - positive review on the - site, not to mention all the other sites that have hundreds and hundreds of complaints about the operations. It is time for a banking revolution in this country and the people need to wake up and kick these folks out who ca n't do good business. We should be able to penalize banks who do these things and take control of the systems we have allowed to be created under our names.
