NAVIENT ABUSE : I AM A COSIGNER FOR A NAVIENT LOAN, THE ORGINATOR IS SEVERAL PAYMENTS BEHIND, SHE LOST HER JOB. NAVIENT IS ABUSING ME WITH CONSTANT PHONE CALLS 5 TIMES A DAY 6-7 TIMES A WEEK FROM - TO - ON MY HOME PHONE. THEY ARE ALSO USING ABUSIVE LANGUAGE AND WHEN I ASK THEM TO STOP OR BACK OFF THEY SAY THEY CAN CALL UP TO 8 TIMES A DAY, THERE IS NO LIMIT. I HAVE TOLD THEM SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE LAST WEEK THERE IS NO SET NUMBER BUT THE NUMBER & VOLUME OF CALLS IS ABUSIVE. THEY REFUSE TO STOP. ABUSING ME
