Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Minnesota
Good morning, I applied for and received a total - discharge for student loans. Basically, some medical conditions got worse instead of better. NAVIENT called ( several times daily ) and said I have - ' signature loans not covered by the discharge. Together the - ' loans total nearly $14000.00. I 'm lucky to have $14.00 much less the larger total. There are MANY problems that make me doubt these loans even exist. THEY ARE : - The Navient website strongly seems designed to confuse the user ( student? ). It is not at all clear what is owed, or not. - Both loans indicate consignors. One of the cosigners listed is a person about - and has -.
- They mention or skim over loan assistance, but never go into detail. Navient describes how - does not affect these loan types. By seen evidence, it at least can have an effect. - - of the loans is structured so the interest now nearly totals the principal. I am not sure I an legally prove I would never want a loan where the interest rate would make the - proud, but there is 'no way ' I ever approved this. - I asked for written documentation, which Navient said they would send me ; I have not received this information. ALSO any electronic signatures should have a physical signature 'backing ' it, from some point in the process. I need to see that physical signature to believe ( at least ) I am not being scammed. SINCE : It is hard to think someone may have taken my identity to get money, but these loans do not vaguely match anything I would ever do. And I do not recall them at all. - SO ; even assuming these loans are real, and that is not validated, I hope to get some assistance. I want to get proof of these loans ; that includes physical signatures I have made per these loans. - If I had money to give these guys, I might do it just to get rid of them, but I do n't. I could maybe come up with $100.00 a month which would also mean eliminating a supplement insurance policy. Which would also mean skipping -, so not the favorite of plans, Please assist me with this issue. - -
