My Navient student loan reported me 90 days late in - 2016 when I was not. When I called on - -, 2016 to dispute the 90 day credit marker, I was told I could do a forbearance and that Navient would show the account as current and report it to all three credit report agencies. I continued to check my report and nothing changed so I called on - -, 2016 to ask the status and the person said they were working on the issue and the removal would not be completed until the -/-/-.-/-/2016, I checked again and this time they were reporting me 90 days late for two months, -/-/- and - 2016. Attached is my formal letter with further details regarding dates, times, who I spoke with. I am sending this letter in hopes that you will contact Navient and have these 90 day credit markers removed from my credit report as they promised.
