I had ordered a replacement debit/atm card for my savings account but never received it so I went into a branch to order - because I was told when I visited the bank in - of 2015 that it was never ordered. I was then told that the temporary card would be destroyed & I asked if I could take some money out - & was told sure. I went to the atm & it said - balance I was like how is that & told the banker I was talking to, she pulled up the transactions deposit on - then a $100.00 withdrawal on the same day of the deposit & then another - transaction - but the - is the day I went to the bank & realized the unauthorized withdrawals. The banker reported the issue & I was given a temporary credit for the unauthorized withdrawals. Today - I received a secure message saying that the credit is being reversed. How is that when I did n't make the withdrawals plus it was done from the Chase branch atm location that I made the deposit so I need to see the proof they claim to have to

withdrew to put in my Chase savings account! I had over a $1000.00 deposited into my checking account with another bank on the -, took out $300.00 to make the $200.00 deposit into my savings on the - & days later still had over $300.00 in my other account with more than $900.00 being direct deposited into my other account on the - of -! I had absolutely no reason to touch my savings account especially after making the deposit & keeping a $100.00 of the $300.00 I withdrew & certainly not on the same day of the deposit! This was fraud due to skimming & Chase needs to find out who did this to me & stop trying to blame me for something I clearly did not do!
