I keep receiving harassing phone calls and very personal questions from there workers. I made arrangements to pay last months bill which was due on -/-/16 over 2 weeks ago for the date of -/-/16. I keep getting calls from a man named " - '' who is telling me - - is too late to pay. I told him it is a week away and I already made arrangements to make the payment. He then told me that they were going to take my vehicle. I find this hard to believe when my payments not even 21 days late and is set up for an autopay on -/-/16. " - '' as he said his name was kept asking me and bugging me to why my payment was late. THATS NONE OF HIS BUSINESS. ITS PERSONAL. ITS LATE THATS ALL HE NEEDS TO KNOW. He then told me " HE NEEDED TO KNOW BEFORE THE CAR GETS TAKEN ''.
