When I was - years old I thought it would be a great idea to go to a - school. I found one in - and before I knew it I had a loan with - - for $20000.00. What I did n't understand at - were the terms of the loan. I 've been paying the loan for 10 years and my balance is still $20000.00. Looking at it now I see that my re-payment amount is $75000.00. So far all of my payments have gone to interest. $75000.00 for a beauty school which I consider to be a scam seems insane. I pay over $300.00 a month.I do believe I was a victim of predatory lending. The total payments so far already add up to far more than my original loan amount.
