We have been working a short sale with Chase ( Loan # - ) for 3 years now. We have a legitimate offer on the property located at - - - - - - -, SC -. Chase has countered several times and every time the counter, the buyer has agreed to meet the price they are seeking. We first submitted an offer on this property back in - -. We have lost several buyers due to Chase 's failure to review the short sale in a timely manner. They most recent offer we have been working was submitted in - -. Chase has just now advised us that " HUD has denied a variance request to proceed with the short because of the delinquency of the loan and they are proceeding to foreclosure. The Short Sale will be cancelled. '' This seems like fraudulent practices by HUD & by Chase Bank.
