Hello, I would like to make a formal complaint against - in the Navient Collections Department.I set up a payment pay with Navient and they say they took my money out on -/-/-. However, my bank manager told me that Navient never took my payment out. I called - and I wanted him to take the payment from my debt card. However, he started to talk smart and then I started talking smart to him.On a personal note, I believe that Navient has workers there who have no respect for people trying to pay their student loans. At first, - did not want to take my payment from my debt card and fought me all the way. Then he told me after the payment went through that Navient was going to double charge me and I could not complaint about.Personally, I just trying to pay my bill with Navient without people like - causing me problems.
