Private loans were never mentioned one single time by anyone at this school, they would just tell me I needed to fill out my loan paperwork otherwise I would not be able to continue my education and would be kicked out. Only after I graduated and started repayment did I find out that about - % of the loans taken out in my name were high interest private loans. If I would have known this from the very beginning I most likely would never have signed the enrollment agreement and attended this school. They committed predatory lending on a huge scale and have scammed thousands and thousands of young people who were straight out of high school and did n't know any better. They have ruined many kids financial futures. I am - years old now and still struggling with the mistake of attending - - when I was -. - - is being sued by over a dozen attorney 's general for their shady practices, the CFPB for predatory lending and the SEC for fraud. If you look up - - 's reputation on - you will see that they are a complete scam and many people 's lives are ruined because of them. My campus in - -, FL has been consolidated with the campus in - due to their plummeting stock price and decreased enrollments quarter after quarter. This company is sinking and their predatory lending and illegal practices is what caused it. These fraudulent and predatory loans are backed by USA Funds , Inc. I have used $6500.00 of inheritance money from my dead grandmother to pay these loans down and it is the only reason why I 've paid down the principal balance to any reasonable level. These loans are complete fraud.
