JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I used a balance transfer check to purchase a car on -/-/2016. I could have charged the purchase on the card but I thought the check would be more convenient. Now I am being charged a fee for using the check. The fee is mentioned only in fine print at the bottom of the accompanying letter ( see attachment please ). The fee is not mentioned anywhere that would be noticeable to the normal reader. I feel that this fee should be reversed since it is not clearly presented on the check offer. I feel I have been tricked and this fee is not fair under the circumstances. I am requesting a credit for the illegitimate fee charge.
