Hello, I recently had my Navient Loans managed by a collection company called -. I made a settlement agreement with them to pay off the loan. Then the day before the loan payment was supposed to be taken out, Navient took to the loan back from the collection company. This was done by a system that automatically removes accounts from collection companies who have not received payment within a certain period of time, I believe that 's the 30 days. However, I had an agreement in place, and I feel that Navient is taking extraordinary steps at trying to make this repayment incredibly difficult for me. I would like my loans sent back to - - - -.I would also like someone to look into this automatic system that 's pulling loans from collection companies that are already in repayment plans. The system should make an exception for those loans, and allow the collection companies to do their job.
