I originally signed up online for a checking account promotion in -, receive a $150.00 bonus for making - debit card purchases within 90 days. In those 90 days, I made over - debit card purchases but never received the bonus. It has been over 5 months, and every time I contact customer service, they give me the runaround, 'forwarding ' my messages to departments who never respond, or erroneously telling me to contact a third party company ( - - ) which fulfills an unrelated checking account bonus for a free phone. I would not have signed up for this account if I did n't receive a bonus. This was a misleading promotion because I never received the bonus, and TD Bank has given me no way to get this resolved through their customer service channels.
